Eccentric People

Do big cities make people eccentric, or are the eccentric attracted to big cities?

I love to visit New York City, because I find unusual people very entertaining.

1. Go to any rural area and there are plenty of them there too. The ones in NY just have more money to flaunt their eccentricities :)
