How can I use eccentric loading exercises to heal my knee?

I have hurt my knee to the point that I couldnt easily climb stairs without aching. Now it has healed after some months and it only aches sometimes at random times. I know its still not healed 100% and read somewhere that eccentric loading helps heal tendonitis which is what I might have in a smaller degree. I do martial arts and want to help it heal so I can go back to them like before. Any ideas?

  1. leg extensions, squats, lunges once you get well enough then do some jump roping. A great thing to do is to perfect your balance. stand on one leg and close your eyes and try to keep your balance for a 30 secs and then increase.
