How are people making those weird Miis on the check mii out channel?

Ive seen people with cat ears, weird faces and designs that you dont get in the Mii Channel. How are they making these?

1. They post them on the Check Mii Out Channel. They are actually normal miis, it's just that they adjusted practically every possible feature on a face. for example, you can use eyebrows for crowns. If you can't make the one you want, you can always copy a mii posted on the check mii out channel. If you see one you like, just say i want it.
2. you really just have to mess around with the face parts. Like to make cat ears, you get 2 pointy eye borws space the put n move them to the top of the mii head. To see how to make weird miis look them up on youtube, they show u how to make them.
